Description

Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, supervision and other resources as required for the Flood Mitigation Project. The work consists of various types of site improvements along the Manokin Tributary and University Boulevard South to mitigate the impacts of flooding on campus infrastructure and utilities. Site improvements include: 1. The Kiah Hall –Stairway Flood Wall improvements and Transformer Elevation 2. Frederick Douglas Library - Foundation Waterproofing, Sump Pump and Drainage Improvements 3. Ella Fitzgerald Performing Arts Center - Backup Power and Emergency Lighting 4. University Terrace - Trench Drain installation and Telecommunications Manhole Improvements 5. Central Steam Plant - Sump Pumps and Floodwall 6. Student Services Building – Sump Pump and Drains 7. Miscellaneous – Stormwater Management Pond and drainage ditch maintenance and grading
