TCAT Nashville Allied Health Building

For proposals that will be evaluated for Construction manager/General Contractor. This project will construct a new Allied Health Building on the existing campus of TCAT Nashville on White bridge Road. It will include parking, site development, landscaping, and utilities and will provide a home to consolidate and upgrade the instructional space for the Allied Health Programs. New instructional space will include classrooms and simulation laboratory areas for Practical Nursing, Dental Assisting, Dental Technology, Phlebotomy, and EMT programs. A second sequence of the work, following completion of the new building, will include renovations of existing space that currently houses the Allied Health programs. An important component of the work will be to accommodate the ongoing operations of TCAT Nashville.
