RFP D/B - Replacement of Existing Irrigation System-Byron

This is a Request for Proposal for constructions services. The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS) Southeast Area (SEA) Southeastern Fruit and Tree Nut Research Unit located in Byron, GA., has a requirement to repair by complete replacement of the existing irrigation system and associated electrical system including the drilling of a third water well in a specified by the Lab. This is a design/build project. The work includes but is not limited to: BASE BID: Repair by complete replacement of the existing irrigation system and associated electrical system. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and supplies to perform the work, as per the SoW. Option ADD: Construct a NEW WELL #3 The solicitation number is 12405B23R0019-A and is issued as a request for quotation (RFP). The NAICS code is 221310 with a size standard of $41.0 M. Contractors shall not directly contact the facility to discuss this requirement. During the solicitation phase, contractors will be provided the opportunity for a and to ask any relevant questions.
