Description	The proposals from qualified consultants, teams, or firms for Streets Materials Testing. Surface treatments and street maintenance on various city streets in Fiscal Year 2022. Therefore, the City is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide testing of Seal Coats, Slurry Seal, Micro Seal, Asphalt Rubber Chip Seal, related emulsions, asphalt rubber binder on production samples, asphalt concrete, testing Portland Cement Concrete, Aggregate Base Course, Subgrade, Inspection services and a variety of asphalt material field testing when required on materials while production is occurring.
