| Description | Work of the Project includes: 1. Installation of steel horizontal blade louvered enclosure for existing chillers equipment area on TxDOT’s premise. Area of enclosure is approximately 40’ width x 43’ length and 10’ in height, contractor is to field verify dimensions prior to submission of bid. 2. Provide one walk-in door that is 36” x 84”; location to be determined by TxDOT. Material and finishes are to be the same as louvers. 3. Contractor is responsible for providing any necessary steel columns, frames, and structural support, and foundations that are required by the manufacture for the design and integrity of steel louvers. |
