Contract No. 1 - General Rehabilitation - Base Bid 7 Northview Drive Base Bid - Furnish and Install various rehabilitation materials and labor to include: Furnish & Install new electric baseboard units throughout the house including the basement, install new 200 amp electrical service panel. Additionally, the Base Bid will also require new smoke & carbon monoxide detectors along with lead hazard rehabilitation work items. Contract No. 1 - General Rehabilitation - Additive Bids (AD1-AD8) 7 Northview Drive Additive Bid (s) - AD1 - Furnish and Install eleven (11) new vinyl replacement windows, AD2 - Furnish and Install five (5) new vinyl replacement basement windows, AD3 - Furnish and Install weather stripping on both the ront and side doors, AD4 Repair Broken 2" pvc sewer vent that protrudes through roof, AD5 - replace wire feeding the kitchen range with properly sized wire, AD6 - Furnish and Install bathtub and wall surround with fixtures and drains for a complete functioning unit, AD7 - Furnish and Install Attic Insulation, AD 8 - Furnish and Install Insulation within all exterior wall stud cavities.
