Description

The Port of Vancouver Fire Sprinkler Head Inspection and Testing Project provides for the testing of fire sprinkler heads in multiple commercial structures with aging fire suppression systems. This is a unit pricing contract which facilitates the assignment of work for up to a three-year period on an as-needed basis. After removing the fire sprinkler head for testing purposes, the contractor shall immediately replace the head with a new device to maintain the operational effectiveness of the building. Work in this project may be within of the security area requiring Transportation Worker Identification Credentials (TWIC).
