| Description | The Port of Vancouver Fire Sprinkler Head Inspection and Testing Project provides for the testing of fire sprinkler heads in multiple commercial structures with aging fire suppression systems. This is a unit pricing contract which facilitates the assignment of work for up to a three-year period on an as-needed basis. After removing the fire sprinkler head for testing purposes, the contractor shall immediately replace the head with a new device to maintain the operational effectiveness of the building. Work in this project may be within of the security area requiring Transportation Worker Identification Credentials (TWIC). |
