The description of the project is as follows: For the signal retiming, minor signal upgrades, signs, and other miscellaneous construction, all within a length of 8,950.00 linear feet (1.690 miles) as indicated on the approved signal drawings for STATE ROUTE 1001, SECTION A65 (Freeport Road), in ALLEGHENY COUNTY, O'HARA TOWNSHIP, ASPINWALL BOROUGH, and CITY OF PITTSBURGH, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This project being situated as follows: From a point approximately 115 feet west of State Route 8082 Ramp K at Segment 0090 Offset 0782 (Station 0+00) to a point approximately 290 feet east of Fox Chapel Road at Segment 0130 Offset 1857 (Station 91+00).
