Private Property Inflow And Infiltration Reduction Residential Plumbing Contractors

The Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District (District) invites plumbing contractors who have appropriate experience and performance record to submit qualifications to become an Approved Contractor for the Residential Private Property Inflow and Infiltration program (PPII-R); also referred to as Pipe Check. The purpose of this Request For Qualifications (RFQ) is to prequalify plumbing contractors to perform infiltration and inflow reduction work on residential properties throughout the District’s service area for the PPII-R Program. Such work, initiated and contracted for by the residential property owners, may be partially funded by the District in accordance with the Statement of Policy, Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District Private Property Infiltration and Inflow (PPII) Reduction Program. An Approved Contractor will remain active on the list of approved contractors for a period of five years, provided a contractor remains in good standing.
