Description

Scope of Work of the Contract includes the following: The work for Shipmans Cove Lift Station No. 1 and Force Main includes, but is not limited to, an eight-foot (8') diameter concrete lift station wet well complete with two (2) submersible pumps (duty point 383 gpm) with all accessories, riser piping, valves, coatings and supports; on-site sanitary sewer manhole; 12” on-site influent sanitary sewer; concrete access drive; concrete sidewalk; lift station automatic transfer switch, natural gas generator,; wiring starters, breakers, control panels, SCADA, and all other associated electrical work; site grading; approximately 2,045 linear feet of 6-inch force main by open cut and trenchless construction, and all else specified and shown on the construction documents, complete in place for a fully functioning lift station, complete as specified. The work for Creekmont Lift Station No. 1 Improvements includes but is not limited to, demolishing and replacing all piping, supports, valves, pumps, and guiderails as shown on the plans with three (3) submersible pumps (duty point 880 gpm); coating all new piping; installing, maintaining, and dismantling a lift station bypass system; demolishing and replacing wiring starters, breakers, conduit, and control panels as shown on the plans; installing SCADA and all other associated electrical work; and all else specified and shown on the construction documents, complete in place for a fully functioning lift station, complete as specified.
