S218--Snow Removal Service Base + 4 Oys

Services will take place in the months of October through April of each contract year and may require 24 hours per day/7 days per week service during those months. Response time will be within one (1) hour with full work crew when called or when snow accumulates one-quarter inch. Snow removed from surfaces (approximately 728,879 square feet) must be removed from the facility campus (Offerors will need to prove they have access to snow dumping facility/area offsite from VA campus). Snow melt equipment will not be permitted. Contractor must provide salt and store off-site within ten (10) mile radius of Milwaukee VA Medical Center. VA will not provide power outlets for Contractor equipment. Contractor shall provide all equipment, material, labor, and supervision to perform this service.
