| Description | Construction will consist of a Restroom and Concessions Building to be constructed to the northwest of the existing Miracle Filed and northeast of the northern lake in Brahan Springs Park in Huntsville, Alabama. Site of the proposed construction is a relativelty flat land. Two (2) existing sidewalks, perpendicular to each other, extend through the site of the proposed building footprint. Remaining portions of the project site are covered with grass. We understand that minor cuts and/or fill placement may be required to reach the proposed building and sidewalk subgrade elevations. We also understand that the proposed structure will be a single story Masonry Block building. For the purpose of this report, we assume that column loads for the proposed structure will be less than 40 kips with wall loads of less than 2 kips per linear foot. Based on review of the furnished plan, new sidewalks will be installed surrounding the proposed building footprint. | ||||||||||||||||
