| Description | The Salem Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from cleaning contractors for Common Area Cleaning at elderly, family, and handicapped accessible housing developments for the Salem Housing Authority in Salem, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by the Salem Housing Authority. The Project consists of common area cleaning services at 8 elderly, family, and handicapped housing developments between May 1, 2023 and April 30, 2024 which is described in the procurement package. The work is estimated for the initial one-year contract period. There is one option to renew for one additional year at the sole discretion of the Awarding Authority. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.30B section 5 and to minimum wage rates as required by MGL c.149 6 to 27H inclusive. |
