| Description | A copy of the Surety and Bid Bond of 10% of the submitted bid proposal not to exceed $20,000.00 must be uploaded with the bid documents and, the originals must be submitted to the Township of Hamilton, Department of Budget and Purchasing, 2090 Greenwood Avenue, Hamilton, NJ 08609 by the date, time and place stated in this ad. All contractors are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 (Business Registration), N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. (Contract Compliance and Equal Employment Opportunities in Public Contracts). Submission by corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies shall include a completed Disclosure of Ownership form (N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2). Submissions shall also include a completed Non-Collusion Affidavit. All Addenda will be issued to all interested bidders on the Hamilton Township website, through Bid opening date, and will be advertised in The Trentonian and The Star Ledger. |
