Grounds Maintenance Services - Turf and Athletic Fields

The maintenance in which services are sought to assist in the care and establishment of turf and athletic fields. It is the expectation of all parties that the facilities be cared for in a manner to maintain a high- quality park environment for residents as well as visitors to the region. Maintenance approaches and techniques should reflect the desire and expectation that the considerable investments will remain in a high-quality condition through diligent efforts and an attention to detail. The term of the awarded contract shall be the date of award through June 30, 2023, with the City reserving the sole option to renew for two additional consecutive one-year periods for 2023 and 2024, under the same terms and conditions. The contractor agrees not to discriminate on the grounds or because of race, creed, color, natural origin or ancestry and religion or lack thereof, against any employee or applicant for employment with said contractor. The contractor agrees to include a similar provision to the above in all sub-contracts let or awarded under this contract.
