Cats Ground Maintenance - FY2022

Provide maintenance services for CATS South Corridor Light Rail Transit (North), CATS South Corridor Light Rail Transit (South), and CATS North Davidson Bus Facility Projects. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials required to provide grounds maintenance services for the CATS SCLRT (North). Services consists of but may not be limited to grounds maintenance, turf maintenance, shrub maintenance, groundcover maintenance, perennial maintenance, trash and debris removal, storm debris pickup, irrigation maintenance/ repair/operation, snow and ice removal, tree maintenance, mulching, and pesticide and herbicide application.
