Drainage and Site Improvements

Site No: 119661 Building No: 118061 Work of the Project includes 330 LF of 1 foot thick retaining wall (depth varies), 271 LF of 3 ft. by 2 ft. Reinforced Concrete Box Culvert, 140 LF of dual 24 inch Reinforced Concrete Pipe, 25 LF of 30 inch Reinforced Concrete Pipe, 275 LF of 12.5 foot – 6 inch thick concrete alley pavement and associated utility adjustments for the above ground work such as but not limited to redirection of the roof drains, gas regulators, A/C units, sanitary sewer cleanouts, and various connections to existing storm sewer pipes. In addition, the scope includes the removal and replacement of 330 LF of fence and the associated trees within the 5 foot construction easement along the west side of the property.
