| Description | Victorville Water District (District) is requesting bids to perform Sludge Removal service for the District. The contract shall consist of, but not limited to, labour, materials, tools, equipment and supplementary services necessary to complete the work Environmental Company should obtain a composite sample of the dried sludge; and run all the appropriate Analytical Tests to categorize this waste. Once the lab results are approved and the waste categorized as Hazardous or Non-Hazardous, a Waste Profile needs to be issued and submitted to a Licensed and Approved Treatment and Disposal Facility (TSDF) for review and approval number. The Elevado Treatment Facility needs approximately 150 tons of sludge hauled per year.
