Description

Provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials and supplies necessary to provide routine, annual and unscheduled maintenance/repair of sewage lift station pumps at Crystal Cove State Park, Historic District. The anticipated performance period of the contract is September 1, 2022 - March 31, 2025 Additional requirements/information are as follows: Reference specifications in the bid booklet Cost Estimate: Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars 00/100 ($250,000.00) There will be NO Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference. DVBE Participation for this solicitation is waived but the incentive still applies State reserves the right to terminate this agreement subject to 30 days written notice to Contractor. Contractor may submit a written request to terminate this agreement only if State should substantially fail to perform its responsibilities as provided herein.
