Description | Roof Sector A (Approximately 2,029 square feet): Prepare and provide new fluid applied coating, accessories, sheet metal flashing and trim to provide a complete, watertight, 20-year warrantable roof assembly. Remove existing gutter and down spouts, install new gutter and down spouts as indicated on drawings. Roof Sector B (Approximately 1,939 square feet): Remove existing headwall flashing, Z- flashing, install new headwall flashing, Z-flashing, prepare and provide new fluid applied coating to existing metal roof panels, concrete parapet walls, accessories, sheet metal flashing and trim to provide a complete, watertight, 20-year warrantable roof assembly, remove existing metal coping, install new metal coping, remove existing gutter and down spouts, install new gutter and down spouts as indicated on drawings. Exterior Walls (Approximately 6,585 square feet): Remove all existing construction joints and re-seal all construction joints using the specified sealant. It shall include but may not be limited to, all window and door frame to wall joints, all non-operable joints within each window and door frame, all exterior wall joints between adjacent veneers, cladding and surfacing, replace one window as indicated, pressure wash the wall areas, repair concrete wall areas, prepare and apply fluid applied elastomeric coating to concrete wall areas, wet glaze windows as indicated on drawings, prepare and paint metal doors and windows, Remove existing metal wall panel system, install new metal wall panel system. Work will include but not be limited to removing approx. 3968 ft of existing roof material and replacing with a new fluid applied roof coating. remove and replace sheet metal flashing and trim, install new headwall flashing, and z-flashing. Exterior wall will consist but not be limited to removing all existing construction joints and resealing, to include window and door frame wall joints and non operable joints. repair concrete wall areas, prepare and apply fluid applied elastomeric coating to metal doors and frames, window frames and adjoining metal, remove existing metal wall panels. |
