| Description | The Scope Work is to Replace and install 2” Cap. (Current Copper 2” Cap is leaking). Cut the old 2” cap off and replace with a new solder on cap. Replacement and installation of Building 5 Chilled Water 2” Piping to Elevator Room. Piping revisions will require tying two (2) 2” Copper lines going through the Elevator Room back into the 6” headers below. Repair leaks to the five (5) DA Tank Pumps (1-1/2) lines to the 4” headers. All work will be done on the Eleventh (11th) Floor of Building 5. |
