Well at 107th Avenue and Encanto Boulevard - Shared Well - U0159 - City of Avondale

Site work for a water / sewer project in Avondale, Arizona. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project. Public Works is working with the Salt River Project (SRP) to construct a new shared well at 107th Avenue and Encanto Boulevard. The project will include re-drilling the existing irrigation well, zonal sampling, wellhead design and construction. The City will construct a new 12-inch well transmission line at 107th to convey the water to Garden Lakes Booster station as part of the North Avondale Water Supply Project, WA1469. As of July 07, 2022, this project is currently in the FY 2023 CIP . Funding for this project is allotted in the city's capital improvement plan for construction Fy 2023. A firm timeline has not been established; however, construction is scheduled for Fiscal Year 2023. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
