Description | ** As of December 1, 2022, project was awarded to Bouley Associates, Inc. but awarded amount is not available.** Contract No. 1 - Rock Cut Road Transfer Station Building 3 Floor Improvements The work is related to the Rock Cut Road Transfer Station and consists of modifications to the existing floor drains and placing an ultra high performance cementitious topping in Building 3 in accordance with the contract drawings and technical specifications prepared by OCRRA. All Bids must be received via mail or hand delivered in sealed envelopes to OCRRA, 100 Elwood Davis Road, North Syracuse, NY 13212-4312, Attn: Cristina Albunio, P.E., Agency Engineer. Bids shall be labeled: "ROCK CUT ROAD TRANSFER STATION BUILDING 3 FLOOR IMPROVEMENTS Contract No. 1" Direct all technical questions and inquires regarding distribution of Bidding Documents to Owner's Procurement Contact Person, Mr. Jack Connery, who will process all questions by email at jconnery@ocrra.org. The subject heading for all e-mails shall be: OCRRA Rock Cut Road Transfer Station Building 3 Floor Improvements A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5 percent of Bidder's maximum Bid price and in the form of a Bid Bond (on the form included in the Bidding Documents) issued by a surety meeting the requirements of the Contract's General Conditions. No Bidder may withdraw its Bid within 60 days after the date of the Bid opening. The successful Bidder must furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond with a surety company satisfactory to Owner and conforming to the prerequisite requirements of the General Conditions on the forms included in the Bidding Documents. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all Bids. |
