Description

This contract includes removing the existing ductwork, HVAC unit, and air compressor located in the basement of the laboratory facility at the Roanoke Regional Water Pollution Control Plant in Roanoke County, VA. Contractors will have the option of indicating any ductwork which may be reused for a reduction in overall project cost. The Contractor shall ensure the existing ductwork adheres to current reference Codes if reusing. Contractors shall incorporate a total of five, five ton units into their design and cost analysis as specified. Contractors shall also make certain that their designs meet a SEER rating of 18 or higher.
