Description | South Glens Falls CSD Tanglewood Elementary Capital Project 2022 Phase 1 - Contract No. 02 - Hazardous Material Abatement Capital Project - Phase 1 Tanglewood Elementary School 52-14-01-04-0-008-013 The Owner, the School Board of the South Glens Falls Central School District, will receive sealed bids to furnish materials and labor to complete the 2022 Capital Project - Phase 1 Project which includes hazardous material abatement. Each bid shall be on a stipulated sum basis for the following contract: Contract No. 02 - Hazardous Material Abatement Sealed bids will be received until 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at the District Office, South Glens Falls Central School District, 42 Merritt Road, Suite 1, South Glens Falls, NY 12803. Electronically downloaded for a non-refundable fee of fifty dollars ($50.00). Complete sets of Bidding Documents, Drawings, and Specifications, on compact disc (CD) or USB flash drive may be obtained from Rev, 28 Church Street, Warwick, New York 10990 Tel: (877) 272-0216, upon depositing the sum of fifty dollars ($50.00). Checks or money orders shall be made payable to South Glens Falls Central School District. Bidder must provide Bid Security in the amount and form, per the conditions provided in Section Instructions to Bidders. All Bids will remain subject to acceptance for forty-five (45) days following the receipt of Bids. The Owner may, in its sole discretion, release any Bid and return Bid Security prior to that date. Attendance of this meeting is recommended as the Owner, Architect and/or consultants will be present to discuss the Project. Attendees should anticipate 30 minutes Q & A session. Post-bid interviews will be held February 22, 2023, for the apparent low bidder at the offices of Saratoga Project Management, Inc. 2 Gilbert Road, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. Representatives for the respective Prime shall be available by phone immediately following the bid opening to schedule post-bid interview times. Bids shall not include New York State sales and compensating use taxes on materials and supplies incorporated into the Work, as the Owner being exempt therefrom. Bidders must comply with New York Sate Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rate Schedule and conditions of employment. The School Board of the South Glens Falls Central School District reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bids received, or to reject all Bids without explanation. 08214993, 172-2201.00 |
