Description

The contractor awarded the bid will be responsible for set up, forming, pouring, and finishing concrete. 1. All drain pans replaced shall be of equal size and function as the existing drain pans. 2. All concrete used for drain pan replacement shall be Class D mix. 3. A minimum of an 8 inch depth is required. 4. Rebar dowels #4 or ½” diameter, 24” in length shall be placed in existing radiuses at a minimum of 24” apart. 5. All concrete shall be finished with a medium to heavy broom finish as to not impede the function of the drain pan. 6. Includes a compacted base beneath the concrete drain pan. 7. The City of Burlington Street Department will be responsible for tear out and haul off. 8. The City of Burlington Street Department will provide fill for base.
