Utility and roadway improvement project on David Drive from William Road to Hutcheson Drive and on Hutcheson Drive from Fine Avenue to David Drive. The improvements generally consist of replacing approximately 2,900 LF of water main, 40 water services, 1,100 LF of sewer main, 40 sewer services, 5 manholes, new storm drain inlets, 9,600 SY of asphalt structural section, select edge improvements, and other associated work.
