| Description | This sale is a clear cut of approximately 222 acres located on Belmore Sate Forest in Clay County, Florida. This sale is primarily composed of plantation sand sine with a small component of plantation slash pine. Timber available for harvest includes all pine timber within the sale boundaries. There is an estimated 13,732 tons of pine pulpwood and 255 tons of chip-and-saw and better slash pine. Sale boundaries include forest boundary, firelines, wetlands, roads, obvious timber type changes and a painted orange line on the north boundary of the sale on the west side of Sand Pine Road. This will be a twelve (12) month contract. | ||
