Description

Pest control services for eighty-four (84) County buildings to achieve effective pest management through the judicious use of chemicals and non-chemical control techniques with minimal environmental contamination. The number of buildings may be subject to change as the County reserves the right to add or delete buildings to the inventory listing at its discretion. The implementation of pest control for Santa Fe County buildings will allow for the surveillance and control of mice, spiders, flying and crawling insects, etc. These pests can interfere with the daily performance of County employees, damage real property and the environment, increase maintenance costs and expose personnel to diseases unless properly controlled. The pest control service will employ effective, economical, and environmentally acceptable practices that comply with applicable laws and regulations.
