RFP - Stormwater Retrofit Assessment - Requirements Contract

The City of Phoenix invites sealed offers for Stormwater Retrofit Assessment for a three-year period, commencing on or about December 1, 2022, in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained herein, or the "Effective Date" which is upon award by City Council, conditioned upon signature and recording by the City Clerk's department, as required by the Phoenix City Code, whichever is later. Written Inquiries Due Date Friday, October 7, 2022 11: 00 AM Submit all inquiries to wsdprocurement@phoenix.gov In case of default by the Contractor, the City may, by written notice, cancel this contract and repurchase from another source and may recover the excess costs by (1) deduction from an unpaid balance due; (2) collection against the bid and/or performance bond, or (3) a combination of the aforementioned remedies or other remedies as provided by law. The City may, in its sole discretion, accept or reject any or all the Contract Workers proposed by Contractor for performing work under this Agreement. A Contract Worker rejected for work at a maximum risk level under this agreement will not be proposed to perform work under other city contracts or engagements without city's prior written approval. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
