Description Replacement of Condensate Pump Station at Ferrara School, 22 Maynard Road, East Haven, CT 06513. Scope of work to include: 1. Coordinate with customer when work can be conducted. 2. Conduct Lock Out/Tag Out of boiler heating system. This lock out encompasses locking out power feed to duplex condensate pump station. 3. Disconnect piping and electrical from condensate pump station. 4. Remove pump station and install new replacement pump station with new replacement control panel. 5. Reconnect piping and electrical feed to pump station. 6. Reenergize system and conduct leak check. 7. Insulate all newly installed piping. 8. Restart system and check operation. 9. Dispose of all demoed equipment and material.
