Annual Contract for Lawn Maintenance Services for Non-Escort Required Saws Properties

The San Antonio Water System is soliciting bids for the services of a landscaping and lawn maintenance Contractor to perform routine and non-routine services at 123 SAWS non-escort properties, which includes approximately 142.27 acres in San Antonio and surrounding areas. The awarded Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and transportation necessary to perform landscape maintenance services on the awarded SAWS properties.
