Comprising approximately 10,500 square feet, renovations include demolition and replacement of ceiling and floor finishes, walls, light fixtures, and air diffusers. Sections of an existing escalator assembly relating to the fifth and 6th floor are also identified to be removed, with a new stair assembly to be constructed in its place. Generally, construction shall be completed during non-business hours to allow continued building operations during business hours, and be coordinated with the owner to allow installation of new panelized work stations.

Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
