Screw Pump Replacement at Middletown WWTF

Project consists of furnishing and installing of 3 primary screw pump V FD Panels, 2 secondary screw pump VFD Panels, 2 secondary submersible pump VFDs and V FD Panels along with conduits and cables, instrumentation control system and panel, and temporary power to screw pump equipment at the Middletown Wastewater Treatment Facility at 159 Dolson Avenue, Middletown, New York, 10940. The Bidders shall note the following items: The secondary submersible pump are installed and will not be replaced, The replacement primary and secondary screw pumps have been pre-procured by the City and will be furnished by Evoqua Water Technologies and installed by Boyce Excavating Company. Evoqua Water Technologies will also provide the five VFDs required for the screw pumps which will be shipped to the VFD panel manufactured selected by the Electrical Contractor for incorporation into the new VFD panels. The City's current Instrumentation System Integrator is Aaron Associates of CT, Inc.; who is under contract to upgrade the instrumentation control system at the City's W WTF and therefore must be used for this work.
