RFP - Organizational Development Professional Services

The County of Santa Clara (County) is seeking proposals from qualified Proposers to provide Organizational Development Professional Consultant Services for the County's Learning and Employee Development (LED) division. Proposer shall provide specific competencies (categories) to work with County Agencies and Departments to build a set of tools, modify behaviors and attitudes, and develop an action plan with which to monitor its own state of organizational health and to take corrective steps towards its own renewal and development. Proposer qualifications will be determined through the evaluation process described in section IV of this eRFP. This eRFP may result in multiple awards based on proposals submitted, using a project-based approach. It is the County's intent to award a contract(s) with an initial term of three (3) years with an option for the County to renew for additional two (2) years, unless terminated earlier or otherwise amended. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
