| Description | Contractor is to provide all management, supervision, labor, tools, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to replace water lines, sewer lines, and storm drain pipes at building 269, Ogden, Utah. Tasks include and are not limited to the following: -Removal and Replacement of plumbing supply lines (This includes the primarily surface mounted steel piping in the open shop areas, and concealed piping in the restrooms) - Replace sinks, toilets, and urinals with new (add motion sensor sinks and flush valves). Install new stops and seals. -Replace existing shower enclosures with new tile enclosures and new showerheads. -Replace old drinking fountains with new units that include water bottle filling stations with filter. Retain two drinking fountains with bottle filling stations that are already installed. -Replace above ground sewer lines and vents. -Remove and replace bathroom linoleum flooring with new tile. | ||||||||
