The remaining interior of the parcels shall be flail mowed 1-3 times per year, as needed. The contractor will use best judgment to determine the needed frequency for property line finish mowing and interior lot flail mowing. Seasonal weather, particularly rainfall, will contribute to the need for more or less frequent mowing. If there is a question as to the needed frequency of mowing on any particular property, the contractor may call the designated Economic Development Division (EDD) staff person for a decision on mowing. Any chemical agent, insecticide, fertilizer, or other additive proposed to be used by the contractor must meet or exceed all federal, State, and local laws, regulations guidelines, and limitations (including prohibitions) for its use. The City of Madison reserves the right to restrict or ban the use of any chemical agent, insecticide, fertilizer or additive on the City's property. Any use or application by the contractor of pesticides on City property shall conform where applicable to Chapter ATCP 29 of the Wisconsin Administrative Code, regarding posting requirements, with all costs of compliance to be paid by the contractor.
