AMI Meter Replacement Program

This project includes meter replacement for five (5) water systems in Llano and Burnet Counties funded by TWDB DWSRF (Projects #62665 and #62666); and meter replacement for a single water system in Mitchell County to be funded by Corix. The project also includes furnishing advanced metering infrastructure (AMI), software, hardware and technical support for each of the water systems. 1. Paradise Point Water System (TWDB No. 62665) The Paradise Point Water Systems serves customers located on a peninsula in the northern part of Lake Buchanan (see Exhibit 2 in Attachment A - Exhibits for location map). The system includes 138 residential connections. 2. Quail Creek Water System (TWDB No. 62665) The Quail Creek Water System is located west of Spicewood on Texas Highway 71, approximately 5.8 miles east of the Texas 71/US 281 intersection (see Exhibit 3 in Attachment A - Exhibits for location map). The Quail Creek Water System serves 38 residential connections. 3. Sandy Harbor Water System (TWDB No. 62665) The Sandy Harbor Water System is located west of Horseshoe Bay on Lake LBJ (see Exhibit 4 in Attachment A - Exhibits for location map). This system is provided potable water at pressure by the City of Horseshoe Bay through an interconnection constructed in 2004. The Sandy Harbor Water systems serves 110 residential connections and 3 commercial connections. 4. Smithwick Mills Water System (TWDB No. 62665) The Smithwick Mills Water System is located between FM 1431 and Lake Travis approximately 9 miles east of Marble Falls (see Exhibit 5 in Attachment A - Exhibits for location map). The system serves 72 connections. 5. Ridge Harbor Water System (TWDB No. 62666) The Ridge Harbor Water System is located west of Texas 71 on the south shore of upper Lake Travis (see Exhibit 6 in Attachment A - Exhibits for location map). The system currently serves 178 connections.
