Carsyljan Acres Drainage Improvements Project

This work is being performed to improve stormwater drainage conditions within the Carsyljan Acres subdivision Vincent Ave., Paul Ave., and Dale Lane by re-constructing roadside swales, installing driveway culverts, and stormwater collection and conveyance system. Once proper drainage is in place, Vincent Ave. and Paul Ave. will be resurfaced under the guidance of DelDOT. Contract Documents are intended to cover a complete project. It shall be distinctly understood that failure to mention any work that would be required to complete this project shall not relieve the Contractor of the responsibility to perform such work. Work shall include, but is not limited to furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, superintendent, transportation and performing all work in strict accordance with the Contract Documents

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Erosion and Sedimentation Controls.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Ponds and Reservoirs.
