BFM Fence and Ditch Clearing

The general scope of work will include, but not be limited to, the following summary items. Additional details and information can be provided. Provide all equipment, labor, fuel and transportation for the following scope of work details. Clear - cut, clean out and remove completely without changes structural modification or modification to current landscape, drainage layout and/or gradient without repairing or regrading. Trim - cut down, trim back and/or remove not to exceed 12 inches in height at the growth points or ground to include pathways, roadways or edged areas. 1. Fence Line - Trim and/or Clear all fence line areas at minimum 10 feet from fence of all trees, brush and bushes. Area must be clear and not have any grass, weed or other plants over 6 inches from ground. All tree, brush and bush stumps must be removed to be even with ground or removed completely. a. All debris will be removed from MAA property or if debris can be mulched into small chips not to exceed 2x2 inch pieces but not to alter the lay of the land and or impede with natural drainage 2. Ditch Clearing - Trim and/or Clear ditch areas to include removing trees, brush and bushes. Ditch banks and bank edges will follow same standard as fence line height. If a tree, bush or brush is growing through the rocks at the headwall, cut down the growth at point of penetration not to exceed 12 inches in height above rock at point. Contractor at no time is to disturb the lay of the bank without repairing back to its original and designed form. If a ditch center requires growth removal contractor is required to remove the growth and grade ditch as originally designed and/or with the natural flow of water from high to low point. a. All debris will be removed from MAA property but not to alter the lay of the land and or impede with natural drainage.
