Rehabilitation of Airport Access Roadway - JFK Expressway

The Proposed project provides for the rehabilitation of the JFK Expressway that will include milling of the existing pavement and repaving with new asphalt. The project will include the adjustment of existing utility castings, drainage improvements, replacement or repair of concrete curbs, and new pavement markings. This project will extend the useful life of the Expressway by 10 to 15 years. PQL Bid - RFQS 59109 entitled Master Agreements For General Construction Services On A Work Order Basis - John F. Kennedy (JFK) Redevelopment Program This project may be Federally funded in whole or in part. Accordingly, all bidders and the successful Contractor will be required to comply with any and all required applicable federal provisions and requirements contained in this solicitation and resulting contract. The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal has been set at 25%. The estimated contract value for the Project is $3M - $6M. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
