Description | As of August 24th, 2022, project has not been awarded. No timeline of award was established. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Norm Dicks Government Center is in need of a replacement building lighting control system retrofit for the entire building. The existing lighting control system is at the end of its serviceable life and the entire system and associated components require replacement. COMPLETION OF WORK: The WORK must be completed within 120 calendar days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. OBTAINING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: Documents may be obtained by requesting them from Chris Mottner via e-mail at Chris.mottner@ci.bremerton.wa.us. Chris Mottner will email out the project documents and any addenda. When sending the e-mail, include contractor name, name of contact person, contact phone number, and email address. PROPOSALS: All bid proposals must be made on the forms furnished in the Project Documents. No electronic or facsimile bids will be accepted. PERFORMANCE BOND: The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond for 100 percent of the Contract Price. PRE-BID PROJECT INSPECTIONS: Pre-bid project inspections can be scheduled with the City of Bremerton Facilities team to inspect existing lighting controls, components and system configuration. It is the Bidders responsibility to become familiar with work areas, site conditions, existing systems and components and any other issues that may affect cost or performance of the project work. Building system inspection appointments are required. |
