| Description | Fire Station No. 3 (Project 1) Design/Build Specifications Contractor is responsible for the construction to meet all applicable building, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and fire codes of the City of Liberty. Contractor shall provide one (1) full set of conceptual plans as part of the proposal. Each set of plans and associated paperwork shall provide sufficient details for the City to make a fair and reasonable understanding of materials and method(s) of construction to be utilized in the project. One set of the Citys specifications shall be completed and returned with the bid.
