Description | SCOPE OF WORK This project consists of constructing a new 2,380 sq. ft. building expansion attached to the west side of the existing building. The expansion will house a new evidence vault (40'-2" x 33'-6") and a new multi-purpose garage (40'-2" x 25'-9"). The new evidence vault will include one new Bullet and Forced Entry Resistant door, one ventilated interior room for narcotic storage and evidence storage lockers. Please see attached. Construction Cost Range: $560,000.00 - $700,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The interior renovations include complete redesign/renovation of an existing garage space (21'-0" x 59'-3"). This space will become the new detectives open office space, a new evidence officers private office, a new IT closet and it will include a second floor training/conference room with 2 new storage rooms. There is an existing patrol office 20'-0" x 46'-7" that will require new paint and flooring. The existing breakroom will be expanded and rebuilt to include a new storefront wall and door, new flooring, recessed lighting and cabinetry. An existing office will be divided to provide two new private offices, new paint, flooring, MEP will be needed in these offices. |
