Phase Zero New Temporary Haul Road Project

Haul Road approx. 425 ft in length from Bay Road to existing asphalt roadway. Overlaying existing 16' Wide X 400' long Athletic Track with Mira Fi or equal followed by 12" compacted class 2 aggregate base rock. Grub and remove from site the top 6" of Grass/Soil from 16' Wide X 400' section that adjoins the track to the East. ( Area D on plan). Remove from Site the top 6" of soil from the area South of the track to the back of sidewalk at Bay Road (Area B on plan approximately 1800 SF). Remove from Site the top 6" of soil from the area North of the track to the back of existing asphalt (Area A on plan approximately 650 SF). Cement Lime Treat Area D to a depth of 18" and compact to 95% per attached Geo Tech Recommendations. (Soil removed from areas A & B will need to be treated with D- see item 6.1). Remove additional 8" of soil from both areas A & B and spread in area D to be cement lime treated and acceptable to Soils Tech, then return treated soil to areas A & B to be compacted to 95% per attached Geo Tech recommendations. (Areas A & B are too small for the equipment to be treated in place. Place Mira-Fi 700X or equal over treated soil in area D followed by 18" class 2 aggregate base rock compacted to 95% . Place Mira-Fi 700X or equal over treated soil in both areas A & B followed by 18" class 2 aggregate base rock compacted to 95% to flush out with adjoining asphalt and concrete surfaces.
