RFQ Contractor - FY2022 - 2024 - Small Drainage Projects

The Village of Downers Grove (Village) is seeking qualifications from highly-qualified contractors (Contractors) to construct small drainage projects for the Village. See below for the list of anticipated scope of work. The intent of the Village is to pre-qualify Contractor(s) to provide quotes for future requests for work for FY2022 - 2024. The Village may procure a contract for each project or procure contracts with each prequalified Contractor to construct multiple projects. The dollar value of said contracts is unknown at this time, but expected to not exceed $50,000. The Village of Downers Grove (Village) is seeking qualifications from highly-qualified contractors (Contractors) to construct small drainage projects for the Village. The intent of the Village is to pre-qualify Contractor(s) to provide quotes for future requests for work for FY2022 - 2024. In FY2022 - FY2024, the Village intends to construct several small drainage projects varying in size, complexity and purpose which will require a variety of services including, but not limited to storm sewer installation and grading and all associated restoration work, e.g. asphalt and concrete pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalk, turf restoration, etc. The scope of services will vary on a project by project basis. In general the projects will be small drainage projects and may include, but may not be limited to, the following: - Installation of storm sewer in right-of-way or on private property within drainage easements or with a written right-of-entry. - Patching of concrete sidewalk, driveway/approach, curb and gutter. - Patching of asphalt streets or driveway/approach. - Grading - Restoration with topsoil and sod or seed/blanket
