HVAC Full-Service Maintenance (Roberts Street)

The Greater Hartford Transit District (the District) is a quasi-municipal corporation operating under the authority of Chapter 103a of the Connecticut General Statutes. There are currently sixteen-member towns represented by appointees who collectively form the Board of Directors, the policy making body of the District. The District has broad powers to acquire, operate, finance, plan, develop, maintain and otherwise provide all forms of land transportation and related services including the development or renewal of transportation centers and parking facilities. The District is the owner and operator of Hartfords Union Station Transportation Center Complex and also the owner of the ADA Paratransit Operations and Maintenance Facility located in East Hartford, CT. The District is soliciting proposals through this Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified firms interested and capable of providing Full-Service HVAC Maintenance services at our East Hartford, CT facility.
