A/V Updates to Conference Rooms

Bid Intent Not Available Question Acceptance Deadline 08/15/2022 11:59 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No The County of Ottawa, on behalf of The Innovation and Technology Department, is requesting proposals from experienced and qualified vendors for a cost-effective method to update three conference rooms with audio/visual equipment with an emphasis on mobility of that equipment. It is highly recommended that vendors attend as they will be able to examine the site and become familiar with the conditions under which the work will be performed. During the walkthrough, attendees may request clarification of any section of the proposal document and ask any other relevant questions relating to the project. Final answers to questions released by Addendum will be considered official and final.
