Eames Mill Pond Dam Repairs

Goal: VOBE - 3% 1. Clearing and grubbing of trees and brush. 2. Demolition of existing upstream stone masonry em- bankment walls. 3. Construction of upstream embankment concrete walls with native stone facing. 4. Raising of the spillway training and return walls. 5. Installation of a new slide gate and operator. 6. Demolition of slide gate and operator and concrete filling of a sluiceway channel. 7. Demolition of the existing timber bridge structure. 8. Construction of timber bridge structure, wooden fenc- ing, and access ramps. 9. Restoration of gravel parking lot and installation of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) parking signs and painted parking spaces. 10. Construction of a stone screening access path. 11. Restoration of downstream, dry laid stone masonry embankment and training walls. 12. Installation of split rail fencing along downstream em- bankment and training walls. 13. Revegetation of the embankment, downstream slopes, as well as cleared and grubbed areas. 14. Temporary drawdown during construction.
