Village Premier Mixed Use Development

Project will be multi-phased and include single family homes, town homes, retail/commercial spaces, daycare, health clinic, as well senior living facilities with associated site work. Work will also include shared public amenities. As of August 2, 2022, Phase I has been approved by the Fort Wayne Redevelopment Commission. Phase I will include 200 housing units and the overall construction project cost is valued at $55 million. Project is in design development and construction documents are not expected until late 2022. As of November 3, 2022, a development plan for this project has been approved. Site plans need to be submitted for review and building permits applied for. A firm construction timeline has not been established. As of January 10, 2023, a contract has been signed and work is expected to commence February 2023. No further inquiries requested.
